Continuing Education Requirements

Wisconsin real estate agents must:

• Complete 12 hours of state approved courses every 2 years,
  
• These courses must include 9 hours of Mandatory courses including:
  
  • Contract Law and Use of Approved Forms,
    
  • Buyer Agency & Ethics, and
    
  • New Developments.
    
  • The other 3 hours are elective courses
    
• Pass a school end of course final exam (grade of 70 required to pass)
  
• Sales agents renew every December 31st on even years.
