Continuing Education Requirements
Wisconsin real estate agents must:
- Complete 12 hours of state approved courses every 2 years,
- These courses must include 9 hours of Mandatory courses including:
- Contract Law and Use of Approved Forms,
- Buyer Agency & Ethics, and
- New Developments.
- The other 3 hours are elective courses
- Pass a school end of course final exam (grade of 70 required to pass)
- Sales agents renew every December 31st on even years.
