Wisconsin Real Estate License Requirements

These are the state education requirements to become an Wisconsin real estate agent.    
            

• All applicants for licensure as a real estate salesperson must complete one of the following as proof of completion of the education requirement:
  • a specific 72-hour salesperson course of approved education programs from an approved school
  • a transcript showing 10 academic semester-hours credit in real estate or real estate related law courses completed at an accredited institution of higher education
  • a photocopy of current bar membership card or a certificate of good standing in the Wisconsin State Bar
