Washington DC Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state requirements to become a Washington DC real estate agent..
Salesperson applicants must:
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Submit a completed score report showing successful completion
of the Promissor examination and all other necessary
documentation within 6 months of the examination date
• Submit a copy of an original school certificate indicating
completion of 60 hours of prelicense education from a District
of Columbia Board of Real Estate–approved school
• Pay the appropriate license fee
