Michigan Real Estate License Requirements

These are the educational requirements to become a Michigan real estate agent. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Complete the 40 hours of Michigan state approved prelicense courses
  • must include 4 hours of civil rights law and equal opportunity in housing
• No experience is required
• Pass an online examination with a passing score of 75%
• Pass a state examination with a passing score of 75%
