Hawaii Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state prelicense education requirements to become an Hawaii real estate salesperson.
- the applicant shall complete a total of ninety (90) classroom
hours, or the equivalent in available correspondence hours
- the applicant shall successfully complete all prelicense real estate courses within no more than five (5) years prior to the date of
the license application.
