Hawaii Real Estate License Requirements

These are the state prelicense education requirements to become an Hawaii real estate salesperson.

the applicant shall complete a total of ninety (90) classroom
hours, or the equivalent in available correspondence hours
the applicant shall successfully complete all prelicense real estate courses within no more than five (5) years prior to the date of the license application.
