Connecticut Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state education requirements to become a Connecticut real estate agent:
- complete a course approved by the commission in real estate principles and practices consisting of at least sixty classroom hours of study
- have equivalent experience or education as determined by the commission.
- Pass the Connecticut state exam.
