Continuing Education - Required every 2 years

Continuing Education Requirements

• Complete 45 hours of state approved courses every 3 years
• These courses must include 24 hours of Mandatory courses including:
  • Real Estate Law,
  • Transactions I,
  • Brokerage Relationships, and
  • Transactions II.
• The other 21 hours are elective courses
• Sales agents renew December 31st every 3 years.
