Texas Real Estate Salesperson Annual Education - SAE

• For those who applied for licensure prior to January 1, 2006
  • For the first three years of licensure, a saleperson must complete an additional 30 hours per year
  • Should the hours be completed PRIOR to the third renewal, the licensee will have satisfied the SAE requirements
  • Once the SAE requirements have been satisfied, the Salesperson is required to complete Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) for each renewal period.
• For those who applied for licensure on or after January 1, 2006
  • 60 hours of continuing education are required prior to the first renewal
  • Once the SAE requirements have been satisfied, the Salesperson is required to complete Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) for each renewal period.

Sign up for Texas real estate SAE continuing education courses. These online courses are approved to satisfy the Salesperson Annual Education state requirements. We have the 6 hour Mandatory Legal portion of the continuing education requirement for Legal Updates (3hrs) and Ethics (3hrs) which meet the Texas Real Estate Commission requirements.
