Texas SAE Real Estate Education Requirements
Continuing Education - Required every 2 years

Continuing Education Requirements

  • Once licensed, a salesperson must complete an additional 60 core real estate classroom hours during the first year of licensure
  • Once the SAE requirements have been satisfied, the Salesperson is required to complete Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) for each renewal period. .
