Continuing Education Requirements
- Tennessee real estate agents must complete 16 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.
- These courses must include 6 hours in the mandatory "Core" courses
- The other 10 hours are elective courses.
- Affiliate Brokers are required to have their continuing education completed every even year by November 1st.
