Sales Associate or Broker Associates: 21 hours comprised of 9 elective hours and 12 core hours consisting of four required subjects: Professional Conduct (PSC). Fair Housing (FHR), Broker Relationships Act (BRA), Hot Topic (HOT). Please see the course summaries in the catalog above for options from the required topics. Note: This requirement does not apply to a provisional sales associate.
Managing Brokers, Proprietary Brokers, and Branch Brokers: Beginning on June 30, 2012,21 hours comprised of the 15 hour mandatory Broker in Charge course and 6 core hours consisting of at least two of the four required subjects: Professional Conduct (PSC). Fair Housing (FHR), Broker Relationships Act (BRA), Hot Topic (HOT).
