Nevada Online Real Estate Continuing Education Courses
- Nevada real estate agents must complete 24 hours of state approved courses every four years, including certain mandatory courses. We offer many of the courses that satisfy the Nevada state continuing education electives requirement.

Continuing Education Requirements
- Complete 24 hours of state approved courses every four years. Note that new licensees must complete 30 hours of post-licensing courses within their first year.
- These 24 hours are required as follows for salespersons:
- 3 hours Agency,
- 3 hours Nevada Law and Legislation,
- 3 hours Ethics,
- 3 hours Contracts
- 12 hours General and/or any designation (only 3 hours maximum can be credited toward a personal development course)
- 3 hours Property Management (required to renew a property management permit)
- 3 hours Broker Management (required for broker or broker-salesperson)
- Pass a course final exam (grade of 75% required to pass)
- Brokers have slightly different requirements:
- 15 hours of required courses include 3 hours each of: Agency, Contracts,
Ethics, Law & Legislation, and Broker Management; and
- 9 hours in elective courses
Note: per Nevada regulations, "a course may not be taken for credit more than once during any two consecutive periods for renewal of a license."
