Continuing Education Requirements

Complete 16 hours of continuing education during the 2-year license period. Six of these hours must be in the three different mandatory subjects: License & Escrow Law, Agency Law, Civil Rights Law, Listing Contracts and Purchase Agreements, Settlement Procedures and Antitust, Ethics and Professional Standards, other courses as approved by the Commission.
