Continuing Education Requirements
- Salespersons renew by June 30th in even years and Brokers renew by June 30th in odd years.
- Six (6) hours must be in mandatory real estate course subjects and ten (10) hours must be in elective real estate course subjects.
- Below are courses that count toward the six (6) of the sixteen (16) hours every two (2) years that need to be in mandatory topics:
* Cracking the Code of Ethics (2 mandatory + 2 elective hours) + MEETS NAR QUADRENNIAL

Keeping it Honest: Understanding Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud (2 hours) – Anti-Trust
*
Title & Escrow: Two Families, One Transaction (2 hours) – Settlement Procedures
*
Breaking Barriers: Fair Housing (2 hours) – Civil Rights Law
