Continuing Education Requirements

Connecticut real estate agents must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.

• Six hours of real estate mandatory courses
• Six hours of real estate elective courses
• Licensees renew on May 31st every even-numbered year for Salespersons, and March 31st every even-numbered year for Brokers.
